pages on:push 未限分支，v0.2.8 tag push 也触发 deploy（与 master merge 部署重复， 且 deploy job GitHub 端 BlobNotFound 失败）。限 branches:[master] 后仅主分支 变更触发，tag 不再冗余部署。
