test.py 清理后端从 redis-cli FLUSHALL 改为 kvspace clear（KVSPACE env），后端无关，
支撑 head 三轴（#239）子5 #244 的三后端（shm/fs/redis）byte-identical 验收；kvtut 产物 gitignore。
