layout 归位为只读定位+检查（#202）：移除 kvspace 写侧 FFI （WriteInPlace/Del/Mkindex/Rmindex/Clear/Disconnect/NewPtr）、 ext_index/del_ext_index、new_ptr、vthread/帧路径 helper（stack/ frame_*/call_pc/v_thread_*）及 bool_lit/none_lit 字面量构造， 写/执行职责交 runtime。进行中快照，未验证编译。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
