- Extend remote config parsing to decode `show_icon_packs` - Add `RemoteConfig.showIconPacks` and mock/config fixtures for icon packs - Map app icon categories to remote identifiers and filter visible categories - Pass filtered categories through settings view model and app icon selection UI - Add tests for remote config decoding, category filtering, and settings state updates
