Scope
This consolidates the remaining compatible dependency updates without forcing major migrations:
The existing Next 14, Tailwind 3, Clerk 5, and Cypress 13 major versions are preserved. The lockfile is generated using Node 20.15.0/npm 10, then the temporary generator workflow will be removed before merge.
