Removes picomatch. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies picomatch, tailwindcss and eslint-import-resolver-typescript. These dependencies need to be updated together.

Closing as superseded by #132. The lockfile now genuinely resolves picomatch to patched 2.3.2, with full Node 20 install, lint, component-test, production-build, and Cypress E2E CI passing. A Tailwind 3→4 migration is not required for this remediation.
