## 5.0.1

### Development builds load in the browser again

In 5.0.0, the root `ts svelte-effect-runtime` entrypoint loaded a compiler
module that imported `ts node:fs/promises` at the top level. `ts vite dev`
serves packages to the browser as unbundled modules, so any page that loaded
the client runtime failed with
`ts Module "node:fs/promises" has been externalized for browser compatibility`.
Production builds were not affected.

The compiler now loads `ts node:fs/promises` only when the Vite plugin needs it,
so the root entrypoint no longer imports Node built-ins in the browser.
