What: Explicitly testing sanitizeEmailHeader edge cases including trailing spaces and mixed whitespace formatting.

Coverage: Added a table-driven test covering leading spaces, trailing spaces, inner newlines, mixed whitespace with carriage returns/newlines, and tab characters.

Result: Improved test coverage and ensured standard unit tests protect against regressions (like removing strings.TrimSpace).
