This PR addresses the excessive disk I/O in the monitor loop by implementing in-memory caching for configuration and status data in the internal/config package.

Key changes:

  • Introduced cachedConfig and cachedStatus global variables in internal/config.
  • Implemented a thread-safe deepCopy mechanism to ensure callers receive isolated copies of data.
  • Refactored LoadConfig, SaveConfig, UpdateConfig, LoadStatus, SaveStatus, and UpdateStatus to leverage the cache and minimize disk access.
  • Added a clearCache() function for test isolation.
  • Added a safety check in internal/monitor/monitor.go to prevent panics from invalid ticker intervals.
  • Verified performance gains with a dedicated cache test.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5334846195362309024 started by @arumes31

Implemented in-memory caching for both configuration and status data in the internal/config package.
This avoids repeated disk reads and JSON parsing within the monitoring loop, significantly improving performance.
Thread safety is maintained using sync.RWMutex and double-checked locking.
Data integrity is ensured by returning deep copies of cached objects.
Also added a safety check in monitorService to handle zero or negative intervals and updated unit tests for cache isolation.
