🎯 What: Removed leftover performance console.log statements and associated tracking logic (mountStart ref, useEffect hooks) in ContactList.tsx. Also cleaned up unused React imports (useEffect, useDeferredValue).
💡 Why: Improves code maintainability and readability by removing dead code and unnecessary development logging.
Verification: Verified that the logs were at the specified line number and that their removal did not affect other functionality. Conducted code review.
Result: A cleaner and more maintainable ContactList component.
