🎯 What: Removed leftover performance
console.logstatements and associated tracking logic (mountStartref,useEffecthooks) inContactList.tsx. Also cleaned up unused React imports (useEffect,useDeferredValue).💡 Why: Improves code maintainability and readability by removing dead code and unnecessary development logging.
