It does the things

So far this project covers the functionality of the OpenMW bsatool, including:

• Listing files in BSA archives
• Extracting single and all file from BSA archives

Additional functionality:

• Creating archive files from multiple files. Note: This has not been tested in-game, but they are at least re-extractable by the tool
• Hash function calculation for archived file names
