…ing functionality - Added Playwright as a dev dependency and configured e2e tests in playwright.config.js. - Created a new e2e test for verifying the "Hello, World!" message and refresh functionality. - Updated build script to include a refresh button that reloads the message on click. - Enhanced unit tests to verify the presence of the refresh button and its event listener.
