[feat request]: 通过dockerhub的sglang #2

将lmsysorg/sglang中 ascend相关的image同步到 quay.io/ascend/sglang中
同时同步到HK，SW_2和EAST_4

并在README中增加当前各个registry中的image内容，类似：

产品	镜像源	镜像使用方法
sglang	`docker.io/lmsysorg/sglang:main-cann8.3.rc1-910b`	`swr-xxx` `quay.io/ascend/sglang`
vllm-ascend	`quay.io/ascend/vllm-ascend:latest`	`swr-xxx`
