Merges 41 upstream commits (web/mobile fixes, Open VSX theme search, Clerk theming, dependency patch bumps) into fork main. Conflict-free merge. Verified: server+web typecheck clean, both production builds succeed, full test suite shows no new failures (remaining failures are documented pre-existing fork drift: ActivityPayloadProjection x2, thread transfer budgets, runtimeAbi/thread-transfer-report harness files).
