Upstream main has advanced beyond the fork and needs to be integrated without discarding fork-only history.
Merge upstream/main into the fork through the required dedicated sync branch. The only conflict was in ServerEnvironment.test.ts; the resolution preserves both capability assertions and the focused test passes.
