Model-agnostic agent threads (Codex, Claude, others) only see checked-in context, so the fork's standing policies lived only in Claude-side memory. Records the fork-only rules: PRs target fork main, parked main checkout, worktree-per-thread, t3start boot/merge flow, and explicit upstream syncs. Claude Fable 5 (Claude Code)

Agent threads on any provider only see checked-in context, so the fork's standing workflow policies (previously only in Claude-side memory) were invisible to non-Claude threads.
Adds a clearly fork-scoped section at the end of AGENTS.md covering: PRs target fork main only, the parked main checkout + worktree-per-thread rule, t3start as the boot/sync command, the GitHub merge flow, and explicit discretionary upstream syncs. Placed at end-of-file and marked keep-ours for upstream merge conflicts.
