Steelseries Cannot be opened

Hey i have a headset and keyboard from steelseries the install finishes succesful
(ofc first script than reboot than install steelseries GG)

but when i try to open it, it simply closes again.

as to be seen in the screenshot install was succesfull
but opening only result in a qucik gray window and closing it after that
