Failed linking of d3d_extras

The install fails - several (all?) d3dx9 dlls fail to link. It doesn't run any installers, and no SteelSeries files appear.

I have the same behavior, switching to different runner options did not resolve the issue.
Nothing installs and no files appear in the prefix.
