release/pre-compiled version? windows instruction?

Can you supply an executable/plug-and-play version of the program? i doubt any computer in my entire house is able to compile it, let alone in 1.5-5 hours. also, i installed the installer versions of llvm and ninja, will that still work?

Unfortunately in some cases I cannot distribute executable or binary versions for legal reasons. For example: the SSB patch is not part of the library. Another reason discouraging such an initiative is the too much time it would take to manage so many distributions. Sorry.
