Stage 2b of the runtime parity refactor
Extracts pure JSON-serializable session projections:
Host-derived activity/tool timestamps remain outside projection logic. Singleton default-session coupling is removed from extracted callers.
Validation: typecheck, projection round-trip tests, full unit/E2E suite, build, diff check.
