The 0.3.0 prep bumped the declared ranges but left the resolved tree pinned at 0.2.x, so npm ci could not satisfy package.json. Re-resolve now that the upstream packages are on npm.
@askrjs/themes 0.3.0 collapses the numeric spacing scale into the semantic one, which changes some paddings. The /metrics route grows from 2008px to 2016px tall; every other route in the census is unchanged. Regenerated inside the pinned canonical image via npm run test:visual:update, the only supported path, so the baselines stay deterministic. All 337 visual tests pass against the refreshed set; only the 12 /metrics variants moved.
