- src/storage/mod.rs — two new tests: batched-eviction correctness +
batch persist/index
- src/lib.rs + src/lexicon/mod.rs — fixed stale docs from 1a (the
"builder always pre-seeds DefaultEnglishScorer" lines, now false);
lib.rs also picked up a fmt fix on a long line that would've failed
