Add comprehensive English README.md file to the project, including: - Project overview and disclaimer - New capabilities compared to upstream - Detailed feature list and supported platforms - Setup instructions for desktop, Docker, and various services - Configuration guides for email, captcha, proxy, SMS, and payment services - Plugin development and project structure information - Security notes and FAQ section This provides full English documentation to complement the existing Chinese documentation, making the project more accessible to international users.
