We are excited to announce the initial release of NanoLabel v1.0. This version provides fast and accurate classification of Nanopore raw signals. Compared to directly mapping reads with RawHash2, we demonstrate $80\times$ improvement in the classification time and $0.10−0.25$ units improvement in the F1 score.
