No communication

I´m using OS X.15.15 on a 2015 MacBookPro with a FTDI-cable.
Works fine with respeQt 5.3 Qt5.9.9 when set to CTS at 57600. SIO2OSX recognizes the cable correctly, but with no setting there is a transmission. It´s just like, the cable were not attached.

I dug in my basement storage area today, and finally found my Sio2PC cable and FTDI adapter. The next challenge was trying to figure out the wiring of my composite video cable, I forgot to take a picture two years ago.
Apparently, my 800XL is not working any longer, power light comes on but no video output. I don’t know if it is the power supply or the computer.
However, I did get my Atari800 to work. My cable was recognized, but unfortunately it would not boot a floppy mounted by the program, so I am seeing the same thing you are.
I’m working for full time this summer, as well as teaching one Summer Master’s course for the 2nd half of summer, so any debug may be very slow.

If we are lucky, perhaps there will be a respeQt commit describing an issue related to Catalina that I could port over.
