chore: bump tRPC to v11.14.1

Upgrades tRPC from ^11.8.1 to ^11.14.1 across both the Next.js frontend and the Cloudflare Worker API.

Changes

• package.json — bumped @trpc/client, @trpc/react-query, @trpc/server
• api/package.json — bumped @trpc/client, @trpc/server
• package-lock.json — resolved versions updated to 11.14.1 for all workspaces
