dotnet run --project backend/GlobalPulse.Api.csprojRuns in demo mode out of the box — no database or API keys required.
To connect a real database, set the ConnectionStrings__Postgres environment variable to any PostgreSQL connection string (e.g. Neon.tech free tier).
