Fix Flatpak installation and add Flatpak build instructions #1

Flatpak builder uses "master" as the name for the initial branch. This repo uses "main" branch as the default one. To avoid building errors, set the correct branch name in the manifest file.
Without a description tag in AppData xml file, Flatpak build fails with an error: ``` Processing application org.github.atheriel.snapshot-explorer org.github.atheriel.snapshot-explorer.desktop: AppData problem: tag-missing : <description> required Error loading AppData file: AppData file /app/share/appdata/org.github.atheriel.snapshot-explorer.appdata.xml was not valid Error: ERROR: appstream-compose failed: Child process exited with code 1 ```

Interesting, this did build when I tried it in Gnome Builder, so I assumed the Flatpak setup was working. Thanks for the careful fixes, I'll look into this when I have time. |
