Summary
YouTube Quick Capture now offers the same per-run provider, model, effort, and target-app controls as repository study. A toggle chooses immediate implementation with a worktree/PR or actionable issue filing in the selected app's configured tracker. Issue filing remains the default, and an explicit analysis request remains required to queue a CoS agent.
The server validates execution options, rejects unavailable target apps before ingest starts, routes the task into that app, and supplies transcript-specific tracker instructions. Existing capture-only requests remain compatible.
