Adds the dated baseline and implementation plan, expands the existing Vercel manifest with canonical review metadata, aligns the Portfolio Hub to BuildWorld AI, ProcessHarbor, and WeaveStudio, and adds canonical social metadata plus a favicon. Validated docs, deployment policy, selector tests, and the Portfolio Hub production build.
