Adds a Windows release workflow that installs the locked dependencies, runs Playwright end-to-end tests, confirms the checkout remains clean, generates the MIT-compatible commercial implementation kit, inspects the release-integrity records, and uploads the complete Payhip-ready release as a private GitHub Actions artifact.
The workflow runs when RedactReady release files change on
mainand can also be started manually. It does not publish to Payhip or alter storefront settings.
