feat(portfolio): add focused review path

What changed

• Reframed the Portfolio Hub around a recruiter-first value proposition and an explicit human-review workflow.
• Added /review, a focused sequence for BuildWorld AI, ProcessHarbor, and WeaveStudio.
• Added an operator-run public-link verifier that checks canonical response status and page identity without adding public-host flakiness to CI.
• Documented the review path and verifier in the repository README.

Why

The public portfolio had strong underlying evidence but required too much catalog navigation before a reviewer could identify the flagship work and its proof.
