Summary
Added the pi-on-code.chatPanelLocation setting (Panel / SplitPanel / SecondarySideBar). Panel opens new chats as tabs in the active editor group without splitting; SplitPanel (default, preserves current behavior) splits new chats to the right of the active group; SecondarySideBar keeps chats in the right-most chat editor group by splitting once and stacking later chats there. New-session creation resolves the target column from the setting plus current open chat columns; restored sessions keep their legacy placement.
