chỗ này phải check cái transaction type là gì nữa
hiện tại mình chỉ có 1 type nhưng mạng khác nó hỗ trợ nhiều type thì sẽ lỗi
cái dùng 9 field này là cái dynamic fee thôi

cái hàm này ở bên chỗ gọi em filter chỉ evm tx mới gọi vào rồi ý
