🤝🔷 A Luke × Claude build. Created by Luke Nathan Hayes (
auraofintelligence) and Claude (Fable 5), Anthropic, on 27 August 2026. Not a Codex build.
A colourful, interactive atlas of matter pushed to its limits: the periodic table at full stretch, the record-holding atoms, Google DeepMind's GNoME crystal predictions, lattices and Chladni plates you can drive, metamaterials, engineering at the edge, and the questions that sit past the measured line, from claimed samples to sky-craft stories worked as design briefs.
Science fiction and contested science are treated here as earlier stages of the same exploration as textbook physics, not as a separate lesser category. Every speculative page works the same ladder: the story, the claim as a spec with real units, the physics it would need, the nearest thing anyone has actually built, what would have to be true, and what you would measure next. No page grades a claim for you.

Eighteen pages, grouped by subject rather than by how settled the subject is, so the arguments sit in the same drawers as the answers.

| beyond.html | The ladder from a story to a measurement, and the anthem |
| Elements | |
| periodic-table.html | All 118, colour by any property, click for the full card |
| extremes.html | The record book, computed live from the dataset |
| claimed-elements.html | Elements named in strange stories, and what they actually do |
| Patterns | |
| crystal-lab.html | Lattice sketchpad: stack it, twist it, break it, watch it vibrate |
| metamaterials.html | Geometry doing the work of chemistry |
| anomalous-materials.html | Crystal lattices, 2D layer stacks and interface physics compounded into extreme material systems |
| cymatics.html | Chladni plates you can drive, and a ripple tank |
| resonance.html | One idea from a playground swing to a single atom |
| Engines | |
| vimana.html | Old sky-craft stories on a bench that does the sums |
| red-mercury.html | Mercury engines in the texts, and the ion drives that flew |
| element-115.html | Moscovium, the island of stability, the cost of bending gravity |
| zero-point.html | The Casimir force is measured. Now what? |
| Making | |
| gnome.html | GNoME and the 2.2 million predicted crystals |
