docs: update shared package release matrix

Summary

• replace stale source-only package guidance with the public npm versions
• document Aura IDE Kit 0.2.1 as the supported replacement for deprecated 0.2.0
• clarify the separation between shared packages and Studio binary release evidence

Verification

• all three shared packages read back from npm
• clean external install and imports passed
