• add the explicitly unscored Open Studio portfolio context dossier
• document all 13 contextual dimensions, evidence boundaries, unknowns, and P0/P1 gaps
• add the SOTA documentation index without attributing audited product capabilities to the shared platform

• Docusaurus production build passed
• git diff --check passed
• generated docs-template/.docusaurus/ and docs-template/build/ artifacts remain untracked and excluded

Validation boundary

The branch is documentation-only. Full Rust workspace validation was not claimed because the available Rust 1.75 toolchain is below the repository's declared Rust 1.78 minimum.
