Improve card styles, board fit, and felt rendering

Summary

• Adds a new Simple card style with custom face-card artwork, keeps the existing parchment deck as Classic, and keeps Classic the default card style.
• Refactors card rendering into shared SwiftUI card infrastructure with separate Classic, Simple, and Pixel style implementations.
• Adds selectable card back colors across Classic, Simple, and Pixel decks.
• Improves board fit across window and device sizes with height-aware card sizing, tighter dense-board spacing, width-based scaling, and tableau pile compression.
• Reworks stock-to-waste draw animation so cards fan into their destination slots while flipping in flight.
• Replaces the Canvas felt overlay with a Metal-backed SwiftUI shader for grain, sheen, and vignette rendering.
