As of now I am releasing this a a simple bookmarklet. To use create a bookmarklet that points to This URL and add it to your bookmarks bar.

When you load up hacker news to do some reading, click on the bookmark you just createad and the script will be injected into the page.Once the script has been injected into the page you can tab through the links on the front page. If you hit enter while focused on a link, the url will be opened up in a new tab for your viewing pleasure.
