Summary
Pre-PIN setup now owns the compact Stay window even when a meeting candidate is already focused. This prevents the disabled meeting prompt from rendering below the PIN form and being clipped by the fixed 480x240 shell, while preserving the normal meeting prompt once a PIN exists.
