Summary

This PR introduces two new comprehensive skill team hierarchies to OpenOrg: Finance & Operations and Security & Compliance. These additions expand the platform's enterprise automation capabilities to cover critical backend functions with fully autonomous agent teams.

Key Changes

Finance & Operations Skills

  • Added new Finance & Operations Skills section to README with 10 skills organized in a hierarchical structure
  • Introduced cfo-finance as strategic lead orchestrating revenue-operations, accounts-payable, and payroll-compensation
  • Added task-layer skills: invoice-management, commission-tracker, purchase-order-management, expense-management, salary-management, and tax-compliance
  • Moved partner-finance skill from finance-team to partnerships-team (now reports to strategic-partnerships instead of cfo-finance)
  • Updated finance-team config.json to remove partner-finance and adjust CFO spawn prompt accordingly

Security & Compliance Skills

  • Added new Security & Compliance Skills section to README with 16 skills organized in a hierarchical structure
  • Introduced ciso as strategic lead orchestrating six orchestrator-layer functions: compliance-governance, security-operations, application-security, infrastructure-security, ai-ethics-security, and security-trainer
  • Added task-layer skills covering compliance auditing, threat hunting, incident response, penetration testing, IAM, network security, and AI security analysis
  • Created comprehensive mermaid diagram showing full security org structure

GTM Team Updates

  • Added account-intelligence skill as new task-layer teammate under pm-ai-research
  • Updated task sizing definition to include "target account intelligence report"
  • Updated spawn instructions to include account-intelligence in sales execution phase

Partnerships Team Updates

  • Moved partner-finance from finance-team to partnerships-team
  • Updated partner-finance spawn prompt to reflect new reporting structure and expanded responsibilities (referral fees, reseller margins, MDF budget, revenue-share calculations, program P&L)
  • Updated spawn instructions to include partner-finance in parallel spawning phase

Implementation Details

  • All new skills follow the established OpenOrg naming conventions and skill path structure
  • Team hierarchies use mermaid diagrams for visual clarity
  • Each skill includes layer classification (Strategic/Orchestrator/Task) and detailed descriptions
  • Configuration files updated to reflect organizational reporting lines and spawn instructions
  • Removed redundant "partner finance" reference from CFO description as responsibility now owned by partnerships team
