Register the ollama-multi-model-writer skill in .claude-plugin/marketplace.json so it appears in the Claude Code plugin Discover tab when users add the aviskaar/open-org marketplace. Also adds it to the Research Skills table in README.md. https://claude.ai/code/session_016xN6MhehbGxtaMeXCNuTKU
