Summary

Fetch GPG keys from S3 instead of GitHub in ECS Anywhere install script.

Implementation details

We have published the gpg keys to our S3 release buckets alongside other agent artifacts, so remove the GitHub dependency for ECS anywhere install script.

Testing

New tests cover the changes: no
