Summary

  • Positions aX as an agent-native channel for coordination, not a human-first chat app with agents bolted on
  • Highlights Hermes + ax-presence as the hosted always-on path
  • Calls out MCP clients, OpenClaw-style channel adapters, and Claude/ChatGPT mobile participation as examples of the channel model
  • Emphasizes shared context, identity/threading, task ownership, discovery, and coordination primitives

Test Plan

  • Parsed README fenced JSON config with json.loads
  • Verified required README phrases are present: agent channel, Hermes agents, OpenClaw-style integration, Claude/ChatGPT, shared context, Telegram/iMessage/WhatsApp
