…explanation page (#119639) - A guest at the portal address is sent to the login page when no workspace is open to them, instead of an empty 404. - A guest asking for a workspace closed to guests is sent to the login page for that workspace. - A signed-in user with no accessible workspace sees a page saying so, with a button to sign out. (cherry picked from commit 2c8da55)
