- Tenant sign-in settings move from `oauth` to `auth`, with a new `password` setting that is on by default.
- With password sign-in off, only Google and Keycloak are offered and every email and password request is refused.
- A tenant with no sign-in method hides its login and registration links and prompts.
- An account created through Google or Keycloak can set a first password after confirming a code sent to its email.
- The configuration guide describes the new email and password setting.
- Google and Keycloak settings are documented under `auth` instead of `oauth`.

- The Google sign-up and invitation pages show "not found" when the tenant does not offer Google sign-in.
