Add support for listening on IPv6 addresses, as well as on :: for both IPv4 and IPv6.
Logging will strip the prefix off IPv6-mapped IPv4 addresses to minimize changes.
It may make sense to also change some of the examples from:
--http-listen=0.0.0.0to:
--http-listen=:
