Added a section listing currently supported releases.
Updated supported releases section with links.
Moved Currently Supported Releases section to the bottom of the README, copying format of Drupal project documentation

Add a new section to the README.md about the currently supported releases of Quickstart, including relevant details such as LTS or Pre-release. The section is at the bottom of the page.
