Add a new section to the README.md about the currently supported releases of Quickstart, including relevant details such as LTS or Pre-release. The section is at the bottom of the page.

Description

Add 2.14.x, 3.0.x, 3.1.x, and 3.2.x with links to their respective trees.

This would benefit from discussion at the 2/18 workshop

  • Should this be in the README or the RELEASES file?
  • Should this information be linked to rather than documented?
  • Is the maintenance level acceptable?
  • Would local development be negatively affected by this change?
  • Can automated workflows be updated to change the file?
