AVENOR — Website

Bilingual (English / Arabic) marketing website for AVENOR, a property management and real estate company based in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Saudi Arabia. This repository is maintained by the company's founder and author, Azzam Al-Mutairi (@azzamalmutairi).

Scope of this repository: This repo contains the public-facing website only — static pages, styles, client-side JavaScript, brand assets, and a self-contained 3D virtual-tour viewer. The author also designed and built the backend for this project (contact/ticketing system, admin dashboard, and related services), but that backend is proprietary and cannot be publicly disclosed, so it is intentionally not included here. No server details, credentials, private endpoints, or configuration are present in this repository.

• Responsive design — mobile-first layout, custom CSS design system built around the AVENOR brand palette.
• Static & fast — plain HTML/CSS/JS with no build step required.
• Clean URLs — extensionless routing via .htaccess.
• 3D virtual tour — a self-contained Gaussian Splatting viewer (tour/index.html) built on three.js and GaussianSplats3D, loaded entirely from CDN. Walk/look controls for desktop (WASD + mouse) and mobile (on-screen joystick + drag). Scene model files (.ply / .splat / .ksplat) are not included — they are large binaries hosted separately; see tour/scenes/README.txt for how to add your own.
• SEO — sitemap.xml, robots.txt, semantic markup, and Open Graph / structured data.

Running locally

No build step is needed. Serve the folder with any static web server, e.g.:

python3 -m http.server 8000

# Node
npx serve .

Then open http://localhost:8000/. Note that the contact form and dynamic footer expect the (private) backend to be running; without it the pages still render fully using their built-in static content.

أفينور — الموقع الإلكتروني

موقع تعريفي ثنائي اللغة (عربي / إنجليزي) لشركة أفينور لإدارة الأملاك والتطوير العقاري في المدينة المنوّرة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يُشرف على هذا المستودع مؤسس الشركة والمطوّر عزام المطيري (@azzamalmutairi).

نطاق هذا المستودع: يحتوي هذا المستودع على الموقع العام (الواجهة الأمامية) فقط — صفحات ثابتة، وأنماط CSS، وأكواد JavaScript تعمل في المتصفح، وأصول العلامة التجارية، وعارض جولة افتراضية ثلاثية الأبعاد مكتفٍ ذاتياً. كما قام المطوّر بتصميم وبناء الواجهة الخلفية (Backend) لهذا المشروع (نظام التذاكر والتواصل، ولوحة تحكم الإدارة، والخدمات المرتبطة بها)، إلا أن هذه الواجهة الخلفية مملوكة وخاصة ولا يمكن الإفصاح عنها علناً، ولذلك لم تُدرَج هنا عمداً. لا يحتوي هذا المستودع على أي بيانات خوادم أو كلمات مرور أو مسارات داخلية أو إعدادات حساسة.

المميزات

• ثنائي اللغة ودعم RTL — نسختان كاملتان بالعربية والإنجليزية (/ar/) مع دعم الكتابة من اليمين لليسار في الصفحات العربية.
• تصميم متجاوب — تخطيط يبدأ من الجوال، ونظام تصميم CSS مبني على هوية أفينور.
• ثابت وسريع — HTML/CSS/JS خالص دون أي خطوة بناء.
• روابط نظيفة — بدون امتداد .html عبر ملف .htaccess.
• جولة ثلاثية الأبعاد — عارض Gaussian Splatting مكتفٍ ذاتياً (tour/index.html) مبني على three.js ومكتبة GaussianSplats3D عبر CDN، مع تحكم للكمبيوتر (WASD + الماوس) وللجوال (عصا تحكم على الشاشة + السحب). ملفات المشاهد ثلاثية الأبعاد (.ply / .splat / .ksplat) غير مُدرجة لأنها ملفات كبيرة تُستضاف بشكل منفصل — راجع tour/scenes/README.txt.
• تحسين محركات البحث — sitemap.xml وrobots.txt وبيانات وصفية منظّمة.
